Requires strong commercial, analytical, financial, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills, along with substantial e-commerce, marketplace, or retail category-management experience.
We are looking for an experienced Category & Ad Monetisation Lead to own the end-to-end category P&L while driving growth, profitability, pricing strategy, promotions, and retail media monetization. This leadership role will work across Category, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations to maximize revenue, improve margins, and build a scalable advertising business for the platform.
