Owns the category P&L and drives revenue, profitability, pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory health, and retail media monetization. Develops category growth strategies, analyzes customer and market trends, manages supplier-funded advertising, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience. Requires strong commercial, analytical, financial, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills, along with substantial e-commerce, marketplace, or retail category-management experience.
We are looking for an experienced Category & Ad Monetisation Lead to own the end-to-end category P&L while driving growth, profitability, pricing strategy, promotions, and retail media monetization.
