Manage statutory and internal audit assignments, including planning procedures, reviewing financial statements and controls, documenting findings, preparing reports, and recommending solutions. Lead audit teams, coordinate with clients to resolve queries, ensure timely completion, and report progress and key findings to the Audit Partner. The role requires knowledge of auditing standards, accounting, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax.

Generates new B2B and industrial sales opportunities, manages client relationships, conducts sales meetings, prepares quotations and proposals, follows up with prospects, develops clients, and achieves assigned sales targets. The role focuses on industrial and project-based sales, with experience in water treatment, biogas, EPC, or project sales advantageous.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary processing, employee data, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance. Prepare payroll and MIS reports, coordinate with HR and Finance, resolve employee queries, maintain confidential records, and support audits. The role requires knowledge of Indian payroll laws, payroll software or HRMS tools, and advanced Excel reporting skills.

Lead legal support for venture capital and private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating investment documents, conducting due diligence, advising on governance and investor rights, reviewing valuation reports, managing employment and commercial contracts, and ensuring compliance with corporate, securities, foreign exchange, and employment laws.

Handle customer calls, queries, follow-ups, and service guidance while resolving concerns and maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery, update CRM and customer records, and follow up regarding feedback, renewals, and service updates. The role requires Hindi and English communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Supports brand-building and content marketing across digital and offline channels, including blogs, newsletters, podcasts, videos, and social media. Coordinates agencies, creatives, stakeholders, multimedia production, content calendars, approvals, publishing, and digital asset management. Manages company and leadership social accounts, builds external relationships, supports industry events, and tracks multiple marketing projects to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Configure and enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, focusing on technical authoring, demand planning, forecasting, dashboards, workflows, automation, and process chains. Support solution design by translating supply chain requirements into technical architectures and specifications. Collaborate with global stakeholders across UK and US business hours, with exposure to supply planning, MPS, and S&OP processes.
