Leads the organization’s SEO function by developing SEO strategy, managing on-page and off-page optimization, conducting keyword and competitor research, building backlinks, and implementing AEO, GEO, and ASO. Monitors rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs using analytics tools; identifies technical SEO issues; coordinates with development, content, social media, and design teams; manages WordPress SEO; and delivers performance reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy
- Manage On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-potential keywords related to SIPs, investments, wealth creation, and personal finance.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and overall content structure.
- Plan and execute high-quality link-building and backlink strategies.
- Manage guest posting and outreach activities to build relevant backlinks.
- Identify and manage paid backlink opportunities while ensuring quality and relevance.
- Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-generated and answer-based search results.
- Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and adapt SEO strategies for AI/search experiences.
- Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) for the mobile application.
- Monitor competitors and identify new SEO opportunities.
- Regularly analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Manage SEO requirements for the WordPress website.
- Coordinate with the content, SMM and design teams for SEO-driven content and creatives.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with AEO and GEO.
- Experience with ASO.
- Strong knowledge of backlink building and outreach.
- Experience with guest posting.
- Knowledge of paid backlink strategies and backlink quality evaluation.
- Good understanding of WordPress.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete SEO function.
