Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary processing, employee data, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance. Prepare payroll and MIS reports, coordinate with HR and Finance, resolve employee queries, maintain confidential records, and support audits. The role requires knowledge of Indian payroll laws, payroll software or HRMS tools, and advanced Excel reporting skills.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accurate salary processing, maintain employee records, and support payroll compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data, attendance, leave records, and salary components.
- Handle payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll-related activities.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and ensure smooth employee experience.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support audits and payroll compliance checks.
