What's the Company Culture Like at BrainPOP?

BrainPOP fosters a ‘pull up a chair’ culture that the entire company leans into, whether we're gathering for lunch in our lounge or participating in a special company event. I love how a group activity like decorating cupcakes or origami can spark a conversation with someone new from another team about what they are working on. Navigating the folds of origami or chatting at a social mixer breaks down silos and builds community. These moments create a joyful energy in the office, and strengthens the work we do together.

I'm always excited when we have a celebration or happy hour at the office. It's nice to have the chance to chat with colleagues from other teams, and I can always expect some super delicious food. I've also led special events to share and celebrate AAPI heritage and culture. My favorite activities have been crafting my own essential oils, building a floral bouquet to take home, and organizing a bubble tea social!
