Administer and support IBM FileNet environments, including Content Platform Engine, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Content Collector, and WebSphere Application Server. The role requires maintaining enterprise content management platforms across a hybrid work environment.

Manage organizational IT operations, infrastructure, servers, networks, security systems, and system availability. Own the Workato environment, configure enterprise integrations, and build AI-native packages using Workato AI Genie. Design and deploy agent-ready workflows and AI-powered workflow automation solutions, while managing RBAC, auditing, and multi-workspace environments. Integrate Workato with enterprise applications and support scalable workflow implementations.

Develop Windows-based automotive diagnostic applications using C#/.NET, WPF or WinForms, UDS, ISO-TP, CAN/CAN FD, and MVVM. Responsibilities include ECU diagnostics, firmware flashing, CAN hardware integration, UDS service implementation, checksum and CRC verification, and robust retry, timeout, and recovery handling.
