Supports customer service and logistics operations through shipment verification, sorting, delivery coordination, returns and RTO processing, cash handling, and basic administrative computer work. The role maintains accurate records, coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders, supports store or hub workflows, and helps resolve minor operational issues while ensuring timely and reliable service.

Leads enterprise data engineering initiatives by designing scalable data architectures, building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, developing data models, and monitoring pipeline reliability. Oversees large-scale data infrastructure, resolves technical issues, manages stakeholder expectations, collaborates across departments, and mentors engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Conduct high-volume cold calling and lead research for the Australian market, qualify prospects, engage decision-makers, manage follow-ups, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Build customer rapport, communicate value propositions in professional English, negotiate effectively, and consistently meet or exceed performance and revenue targets.
