Performs daily hotel revenue audits across rooms, food and beverage, banquets, spa, laundry, and other outlets. Verifies PMS and POS reports, reconciles cash, credit cards, online payments, and city ledger accounts, reviews night audit reports, and investigates discrepancies. Supports internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reporting control weaknesses. The role also ensures accurate transaction posting, compliance, revenue recognition, and cashier settlements.

Lead hotel accounting operations, manage and develop the finance team, prepare budgets and P&L, ensure compliance and audit readiness, analyze performance, and drive financial strategy to improve guest satisfaction and business results.

Drive meetings and events revenue by identifying leads, building client relationships, conducting site inspections, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, tracking CRM records, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Supervise the reservations team to ensure excellent guest service, control inventory and costs, meet targets, resolve guest enquiries, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
