Supervises the hotel accounting team, maintains financial process controls, manages budgeting and profit-and-loss performance, supports audits and compliance, and drives accurate financial reporting. The role also develops team performance, improves financial operations, collaborates with stakeholders, and supports timely responses to guest and business inquiries while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and legislation.

Manage the hotel’s accounting and finance operations, including financial controls, budgeting, profit and loss performance, audits, compliance, and business analysis. Lead and develop the Accounting team, improve financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and build effective stakeholder relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and business growth.

Assists with hotel procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and orders, vendor quotations, comparative statements, supplier follow-ups, delivery coordination, and procurement record maintenance. Coordinates with hotel departments and Stores to verify requirements and received goods. Supports purchasing management with administrative tasks while following hotel policies, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and working effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
