Teams at Radisson Hotel Group

Assists with hotel procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and orders, vendor quotations, comparative statements, supplier follow-ups, delivery coordination, and procurement record maintenance. Coordinates with hotel departments and Stores to verify requirements and received goods. Supports purchasing management with administrative tasks while following hotel policies, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and working effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Manages banquet sales inquiries, client consultations, venue tours, proposals, contracts, and booking conversions. Coordinates with hotel departments to ensure successful event execution, prepares Banquet Event Orders, monitors billing and payments, maintains sales records, and develops relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies. Supports revenue targets through follow-up, negotiation, competitor monitoring, post-event engagement, and repeat-business development while maintaining guest-service and hotel-brand standards.

Leads sales initiatives across a portfolio of hotels, manages and coaches Account Managers, drives revenue growth, develops new business opportunities, and builds strong stakeholder relationships. The role develops and executes sales strategies, increases productivity and sales volume, and enhances hotel reputation through effective communication, negotiation, and team leadership.
