Coordinate strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, governance meetings, and action-item closure. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, research, business cases, and decision-support analyses. Support issue resolution, operational coordination, confidential information management, and communication between leadership and business units.

Leads monitoring and compliance across training partners, overseeing virtual and field visits, scheduling, reporting, audits, KPI tracking, and corrective actions. Reviews analyst work, validates training and placement data against NSQF, QP, NCVET, MSDE, and scheme requirements, identifies compliance risks, develops monitoring frameworks and SOPs, presents dashboards to leadership, manages stakeholders, and mentors the monitoring team.

Manages the CTO office, executive communications, technology governance forums, MIS dashboards, decision and action registers, cross-tower dependencies, stakeholder engagement, strategy refreshes, budget tracking, recruitment coordination, and public-sector compliance. The role prepares board and ministerial briefings, synthesizes technical information for senior leaders, monitors governance health, and supports technology transformation programs.

Conduct virtual and occasional physical monitoring visits to training centers, ensuring compliance with NSDC and Market-Led Scheme guidelines. Validate training, assessment, placement, and partner data; track KPIs and deliverables; identify discrepancies and operational gaps; recommend corrective actions; and prepare dashboards, reports, and management presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders and training partners, support issue resolution, audits, evaluations, and impact assessments.

Lead NSDC’s innovative finance division and strategic growth agenda by creating sustainable funding pipelines, developing blended and outcome-based financing instruments, and scaling the Skill Impact Bond program. Build partnerships with development finance institutions, multilateral banks, investors, financial institutions, governments, corporations, and philanthropic organizations. Develop commercially viable financing products using CSR, ESG, philanthropy, development finance, and private capital to support skill development initiatives.

Drive industry outreach for NSDC apprenticeship programs by developing engagement strategies, researching leads, building partnerships, creating pitch materials, representing NSDC at events, coordinating with government and internal stakeholders, supporting apprenticeship scheme execution, demonstrating the Apprenticeship Portal, resolving stakeholder grievances, and contributing to advocacy campaigns. The role requires strong networking, business development, communication, public speaking, stakeholder management, and Hindi and English fluency, with willingness to travel.

Coordinates CEO Office strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, performance dashboards, management reporting, stakeholder communication, executive reviews, business research, and issue resolution. Tracks milestones, dependencies, action items, and deliverables while preparing presentations, briefing materials, business cases, and analytical insights for leadership decision-making. Maintains confidential records and ensures timely follow-through across business units.

Manage the Apprenticeship Portal end to end, including content, workflows, modules, user experience, performance, bug fixes, and new features. Engage stakeholders across government, employers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. Provide demonstrations, training, user support, grievance resolution, content audits, documentation, presentations, and coordination for timely project delivery.
