Leads end-to-end implementation of outcomes-based financing programmes, overseeing planning, budgets, risks, milestones, governance, performance, procurement, partners, and stakeholder coordination. Supports executive committees, government and ecosystem partnerships, programme scale-up, and integration of outcomes-based financing into national skilling initiatives. Contributes to institutional capability building and strategic reporting.

Leads the design and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks; defines outcome indicators, verification protocols, and data quality standards. Monitors programme performance, analyses outcome and provider trends, and develops impact reports and learning products. Integrates MEL requirements into MIS and technology platforms, collaborates on dashboards and tracking tools, and serves as the primary interface with programme, technology, funder, verification, and training stakeholders.

Manages quality assurance and standards across large-scale skilling and development programmes. Develops SOPs, benchmarks, compliance frameworks, and operational guidelines; conducts quality reviews and audits; monitors data integrity and programme outcomes; identifies risks and corrective actions; supports training providers through capacity building; and prepares quality dashboards, compliance reports, and governance updates.

The Senior Data Analyst will build and operate the data backbone for Operations by consolidating, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data across units and schemes. The role produces reliable dashboards and reports, identifies risks, anomalies, and performance gaps, validates data with Operations teams, and ensures reporting reflects actual conditions. Hands-on expertise in Python, MySQL, SQL, and Power BI is required, along with analytical independence and sound judgment.

Provides dedicated operational support to the GM by coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving issues to closure, verifying candidate and center data, monitoring eligibility compliance, and tracking disbursements. The role manages follow-ups involving Operations, Finance, IT/MIS, Training, Assessment, M&E, states, sector skill councils, training partners, and assessment agencies.

Implements large-scale government skill-development initiatives, coordinating projects, stakeholders, data management, reporting, documentation, monitoring, and system-development support. The role includes proposal development, risk mitigation, data analysis and quality checks, preparation of ToRs/RFPs/EoIs, capacity building, process documentation, and managing competing priorities within tight timelines. Travel may be required.

Supports end-to-end management of state-level and multi-stakeholder initiatives. Coordinates government, ministry, state, and internal stakeholders; tracks milestones, targets, risks, and deliverables; prepares proposals, dashboards, reports, and management notes; analyzes operational and financial data; supports leadership reviews and decision-making; resolves execution issues; and improves monitoring and reporting processes.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of Business Requirement Documents and Change Requests from Operations. Captures and authenticates requirements, coordinates IT development, tracks items through closure, and maintains transparent, auditable processes. The role serves as the documented liaison among external stakeholders, Operations, and IT while reporting status, risks, and issues to the VP of Operations.

Develops and executes integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital, social, television, events, exhibitions, and other channels. Manages campaigns, content, media and agency relationships, market research, stakeholder coordination, budgets, branding, and performance reporting. The role supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and organisational positioning while coordinating multiple projects and traveling as needed for events and promotional activities.

Develop and execute integrated marketing, advertising, communications, and promotional campaigns. Conduct market research, analyze consumer and competitor trends, create marketing content, manage external media relationships, monitor campaign KPIs, support budgeting, and coordinate stakeholders. The role also identifies emerging marketing opportunities and may require travel for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Manages independent financial vetting, reconciliation, compliance assurance, and audit readiness for government-program payment proposals. Reviews calculations, milestones, supporting documentation, and adherence to GFR, CVC guidelines, contracts, and internal financial powers. Coordinates with Finance on disbursement status, maintains payment MIS and audit trails, identifies financial risks, and advises the VP Operations on exceptions and process improvements.

Drives CSR fundraising and partnership development by researching funding opportunities, managing donor pipelines, writing proposals and grants, designing programs, supporting budgets, preparing presentations, and maintaining donor relationships. The role also develops impact reports, dashboards, case studies, knowledge repositories, and strategic recommendations while collaborating with program, monitoring, finance, and leadership teams.

Drive performance tracking, dashboards, business analytics, and executive reporting for the CEO Office. Coordinate strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, governance meetings, and action-item closure. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, research, business cases, and decision-support analyses. Support issue resolution, operational coordination, confidential information management, and communication between leadership and business units.

Leads monitoring and compliance across training partners, overseeing virtual and field visits, scheduling, reporting, audits, KPI tracking, and corrective actions. Reviews analyst work, validates training and placement data against NSQF, QP, NCVET, MSDE, and scheme requirements, identifies compliance risks, develops monitoring frameworks and SOPs, presents dashboards to leadership, manages stakeholders, and mentors the monitoring team.

Conduct virtual and occasional physical monitoring visits to training centers, ensuring compliance with NSDC and Market-Led Scheme guidelines. Validate training, assessment, placement, and partner data; track KPIs and deliverables; identify discrepancies and operational gaps; recommend corrective actions; and prepare dashboards, reports, and management presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders and training partners, support issue resolution, audits, evaluations, and impact assessments.

Conduct virtual and physical monitoring visits of training centers, manage visit planning and stakeholder coordination, validate training and placement data, and track KPIs and scheme deliverables. Identify discrepancies and compliance gaps, recommend corrective actions, prepare dashboards and management reports, and support audits, evaluations, and impact assessments. Coordinate with training partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve monitoring quality.

Manage the Apprenticeship Portal end to end, including content, workflows, modules, user experience, performance, bug fixes, and new features. Engage stakeholders across government, employers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. Provide demonstrations, training, user support, grievance resolution, content audits, documentation, presentations, and coordination for timely project delivery.
