Develop and execute integrated marketing, advertising, communications, and promotional campaigns. Conduct market research, analyze consumer and competitor trends, create marketing content, manage external media relationships, monitor campaign KPIs, support budgeting, and coordinate stakeholders. Drive stakeholder engagement and partnership initiatives for the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. Coordinate with third-party aggregators, ministries, state governments, CPSUs, apprenticeship advisors, and industry bodies. Organize consultations, workshops, and awareness programs; support stakeholder onboarding; monitor commitments, KPIs, and implementation progress; resolve issues; prepare reports and management updates; and provide guidance on policies, processes, portal functionality, and operations. Extensive travel across India is required.

Manages independent financial vetting, reconciliation, compliance assurance, and audit readiness for government-program payment proposals. Reviews calculations, milestones, supporting documentation, and adherence to GFR, CVC guidelines, contracts, and internal financial powers. Coordinates with Finance on disbursement status, maintains payment MIS and audit trails, identifies financial risks, and advises the VP Operations on exceptions and process improvements.

Lead strategic research projects, impact evaluations, large-scale surveys, policy studies, and benchmarking initiatives. Design rigorous methodologies, supervise multidisciplinary teams, produce research publications and policy recommendations, advise senior leadership and government agencies, build external partnerships, and mentor junior researchers. The role requires advanced econometric and statistical expertise, stakeholder coordination, project management, and experience managing substantial research programs.

Leads research conceptualization, methodological and sampling design, instrument development, ethics governance, fieldwork, data quality assurance, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report writing. Responsibilities include using R, Python, Stata, or similar tools; applying machine-learning techniques; analyzing microdata; visualizing findings; and translating evidence into policy-oriented communications. The role also requires stakeholder engagement, presentations, project management, and prior experience in the skill ecosystem.

Drives CSR fundraising and partnership development by researching funding opportunities, managing donor pipelines, writing proposals and grants, designing programs, supporting budgets, preparing presentations, and maintaining donor relationships. The role also develops impact reports, dashboards, case studies, knowledge repositories, and strategic recommendations while collaborating with program, monitoring, finance, and leadership teams.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, reporting, treasury, compliance, audit coordination, and process improvement. Partners with senior management and department leaders to provide strategic financial insights, improve operational efficiency, manage cash flow and capital structure, and drive cost savings. Oversees financial systems and reporting tools while leading, mentoring, recruiting, and developing the FP&A team.

Drive performance tracking, dashboards, business analytics, and executive reporting for the CEO Office. Manage the Apprenticeship Portal end to end, including content, workflows, modules, user experience, performance, bug fixes, and new features. Engage stakeholders across government, employers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. Provide demonstrations, training, user support, grievance resolution, content audits, documentation, presentations, and coordination for timely project delivery.
