1. Senior Analyst – Operations (Apprenticeship Portal)
The Senior Analyst role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management, enhancement, and smooth functioning of the Apprenticeship Portal. This includes overseeing portal content, design, workflows, modules, user experience, and system improvements. The position also handles stakeholder engagement, grievance management, technical queries, and cross‑departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for portal operations and improvements.
Manage portal performance, identify bugs, coordinate fixes, and support new features.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders including MSDE, state governments, establishments, candidates, NSDC IT, and vendors.
Conduct portal demonstrations, trainings, and provide handholding support for users.
Handle grievances related to apprenticeship processes and the portal.
Conduct content audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundancies.
Support documentation, pitch decks, presentations, and represent NSDC at various forums.
Coordinate internally within NSDC and with state engagement teams.
Facilitate networking with central/state government bodies for timely project delivery.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by NSDC.
Requirements
3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Comfortable with public speaking and presentations in formal/informal settings.
Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to travel.
Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of an additional vernacular language is an advantage.
