Teams at National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)

Leads NSDC strategy, governance, performance, and operational support for Sector Skill Councils. Oversees council collaboration, skill-gap identification, competency standards, qualification packs, assessments, certifications, stakeholder engagement, reviews, escalation management, and adoption of global best practices. Represents NSDC in industry forums and mentors councils on outreach, skill requirements, and sustainable ecosystem development.

Manages end-to-end financial operations for PMKVY 4.0, including invoice and claim validation, payout calculations, payment processing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, audits, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and exception resolution. The role analyzes high-volume transaction data, monitors KPIs and turnaround times, supports fund projections and utilization reporting, identifies financial-control risks, and helps implement process and system improvements.

Develops and executes integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital, social, television, events, exhibitions, and other channels. Manages campaigns, content, media and agency relationships, market research, stakeholder coordination, budgets, branding, and performance reporting. The role supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and organisational positioning while coordinating multiple projects and traveling as needed for events and promotional activities.
