Manage relationships with assigned regional banks to grow mutual fund business. Prospect, sell to, and manage bank relationship managers and salespeople. Influence senior banking stakeholders, engage branch managers and regional heads consultatively, and identify opportunities for primary sales, relationship management, and cross-selling of mutual fund investment products.

Manage relationships with distributors and independent financial advisors to drive regional business growth. Achieve sales targets, analyze market and industry trends, generate sales, expand the IFA and distribution network, and select and motivate partners.

Establishes and implements training mechanisms for distributors and channel partners across an assigned region. Plans training interventions aligned with organizational objectives, delivers programs across multiple locations, empanels external trainers and agencies for examinations and courses, and develops training materials and modules. Experience in mutual funds is an advantage.
