Influence senior banking stakeholders, engage branch managers and regional heads consultatively, and identify opportunities for primary sales, relationship management, and cross-selling of mutual fund investment products.

Establishes and implements training mechanisms for distributors and channel partners across an assigned region. Plans training interventions aligned with organizational objectives, delivers programs across multiple locations, empanels external trainers and agencies for examinations and courses, and develops training materials and modules. Experience in mutual funds is an advantage.

Build and manage relationships with banks, corporate partners, distributors, and agents to grow regional business. Prospect, sell to, and manage bank-based relationship managers and sales personnel promoting mutual funds. Achieve sales targets, analyze market and industry trends, expand distribution networks, and select and motivate agents and distributors.
