Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Pre-Sales Support
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for HPE solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and Data Center solutions.
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities and addressing customer technical requirements.
- Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions for partners and end customers.
- Develop solution architectures, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical proposals.
- Assess customer environments and recommend appropriate HPE solutions.
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Provide sizing, configuration, and architecture recommendations.
- Assist in preparing RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- Support channel partners with technical training and solution positioning.
- Conduct partner enablement sessions on HPE products, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with HPE technical teams to stay updated on product roadmaps and new offerings.
- Work closely with HPE Business Managers and Account Managers to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot deployments.
- Drive adoption of strategic HPE solutions and initiatives.
- Support demand generation events, webinars, and customer engagements.
- Engage with HPE technical teams for complex solution designs and escalations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, services, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with HPE stakeholders and channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data center technologies.
- Experience with HPE product portfolio and solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- HPE ASE (Accredited Solutions Expert) or ATP certifications.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Data Protection solutions.
