- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across industries
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and clients for feedback
- Assist in offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing requirements
- Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
RequirementsRequirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Organized, target-driven, and proactive mindset
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- HR Executive / Recruiter: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / staffing
