Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter – Regional Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Asia region. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across multiple countries, sourcing diverse talent, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions across the Asia region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and regional stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring reports with accuracy.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and employment regulations across Asian countries.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to achieve hiring objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5years of recruitment experience, preferably handling regional or international hiring.
- Experience recruiting across one or more Asian countries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring across Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia, or the Middle East.
- Knowledge of regional employment laws and hiring practices.
- Experience in multinational organizations or shared services environments.
