Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all internal
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting for Media, Internet,BFSI,FMCG, Hospitality, BPO, or other Non-IT domains is an advantage.
