We are looking for a skilled Guidewire DHIC (DataHub/InfoCenter) Developer with 3+ years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data management and reporting solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, and Guidewire integration frameworks, enabling seamless data consolidation, reporting, and analytics for insurance operations.
In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, Guidewire application teams, architects, and data engineers to build scalable data solutions that support operational reporting, business intelligence, and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to the implementation, customization, optimization, and support of Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter while ensuring high standards of data quality, system performance, and reliability.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter solutions to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and external systems.
- Configure and customize Guidewire DataHub data models and InfoCenter reporting capabilities based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to improve reporting performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
- Support integration between Guidewire applications and enterprise data platforms using Guidewire integration frameworks and APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in application upgrades, data migrations, and Guidewire implementation projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, process flows, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities, data governance, and overall platform performance.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience working with Guidewire DataHub (DHIC) and InfoCenter implementations or support projects.
- Strong understanding of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite architecture and Guidewire data models.
- Experience developing ETL processes, data transformations, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization and relational database design.
- Familiarity with Guidewire integration technologies, messaging, and APIs.
- Experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of insurance domain concepts, including policy administration and claims processing.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with strong focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
