• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents.
• Explain business models, commission structures, and partnership benefits
clearly to agents.
• Follow up with interested agents and convert them into active business
partners.
• Maintain a database of calls, leads, and agent interactions in CRM or
tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for
agents.
• Stay updated about company services, offerings, and market trends to
effectively pitch to agents.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information to agents regarding processes
and services.
• Ensure a professional and positive communication experience with all agents.
