Maintain CRM records, report on pipeline performance, monitor market trends, and address client concerns. This work-from-home internship requires phone-based communication, professional writing, sales motivation, a laptop, stable internet, and a working phone.
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry. This role is crucial for generating leads, managing client relationships, creating compelling proposals, negotiating deals, and developing effective sales strategies. This is an internship and wfh base, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, emailing, messaging etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Create detailed and persuasive business proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to explain our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Freshers, final-year students or recent graduates (12th pass / any graduate, BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA welcome).
- Candidates interested in social media, digital marketing, website design and development, or IT services.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English, confident on phone calls.
- Comfortable writing professional messages and emails.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to learn sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Stable internet connection and a working phone for calls.
- Able to work from home during working hours.
Salary:
Negotiable, based on experience and performance. Incentives are available for sales.
