Create and optimize content for students aspiring to study abroad: write blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media, and website copy; research destinations and admissions; apply SEO best practices; collaborate on content strategy; maintain brand voice; track analytics and refine content performance with consultants and subject-matter experts.

Manage PAN-India operations to meet profit, revenue, and quality targets. Produce business performance reports, recruit, train and monitor staff, and supervise daily branch activities. Create, edit, and publish SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, newsletters, social media, website copy) about study-abroad destinations, universities, admissions, and scholarships. Conduct research, maintain brand voice, collaborate with marketing and subject-matter experts, and use analytics to measure and improve content performance.

Provide personalized counseling to students and parents about studying abroad (course/institution shortlisting, visas, country systems), resolve queries, build rapport, meet sales targets, lead and support team members, collaborate with other functions, report issues and propose solutions.

Lead and execute partnership and business development initiatives: identify and build new relationships, grow and maintain business, and plan strategically to ensure project success.
