Manages customer relationships, CRM data, leads, enquiries, follow-ups, orders, payments, and customer queries. Coordinates with sales, dispatch, accounts, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Prepares recurring MIS and CRM reports, analyzes customer data to improve retention and satisfaction, tracks commitments, and supports sales performance. Guides junior CRM staff and ensures smooth CRM operations and documentation.

Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks across Delhi NCR, generate business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and build relationships with industry stakeholders. Conduct market visits, promotional activities, competitor and pricing analysis, plumber meets, and product demonstrations. Support showroom branding and digital marketing initiatives while preparing reports on visits, leads, market intelligence, and business development activities.
