Coordinates daily client communication and collaborates with warehouse and transportation teams to support smooth logistics operations. Follows up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements; prepares basic MIS reports in Microsoft Excel; maintains email documentation; identifies operational problems; coordinates resolutions; and provides regular updates to clients and management.

Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment for transportation, fleet, logistics and corporate functions; coordinate blue-collar hiring via vendors; maintain ATS/HRMS records, recruitment MIS, stakeholder coordination, onboarding, and employer branding across PAN India.

Support HR operations and office administration including onboarding, PAN-India blue-collar attendance management via HRMS, vendor and facility coordination, agreements and statutory compliance, insurance and safety record maintenance, travel and event coordination, and office procurement and record keeping.

Manage assigned key logistics clients as single point of contact, coordinate operations (warehouse, transport, billing), track SLAs/KPIs, prepare MIS reports, resolve escalations, ensure accurate billing and documentation, and drive process improvements to maintain service levels.
