Follows up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements; prepares basic MIS reports in Microsoft Excel; maintains email documentation; identifies operational problems; coordinates resolutions; and provides regular updates to clients and management.

Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment for transportation, fleet, logistics and corporate functions; coordinate blue-collar hiring via vendors; maintain ATS/HRMS records, recruitment MIS, stakeholder coordination, onboarding, and employer branding across PAN India.

Support HR operations and office administration including onboarding, PAN-India blue-collar attendance management via HRMS, vendor and facility coordination, agreements and statutory compliance, insurance and safety record maintenance, travel and event coordination, and office procurement and record keeping.
