Supports HR operations and office administration, including onboarding, employee documentation, blue-collar attendance tracking, exits, employee engagement, vendor coordination, office supplies, facility maintenance, agreements, insurance, statutory records, licenses, and fire-safety compliance. Also coordinates travel, meetings, events, and office activities while maintaining accurate administrative records.

Coordinates daily client communication and collaborates with warehouse and transportation teams to support smooth logistics operations. Follows up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements; prepares basic MIS reports in Microsoft Excel; maintains email documentation; identifies operational problems; coordinates resolutions; and provides regular updates to clients and management.

Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment for transportation, fleet, logistics and corporate functions; coordinate blue-collar hiring via vendors; maintain ATS/HRMS records, recruitment MIS, stakeholder coordination, onboarding, and employer branding across PAN India.
