When I think about my leadership and our team and how we think about growing others we have five strategic technology priorities today and one of them is empowering our people what does that mean for us it's about growing our people whether you want to be the best engineer whether you want to have a variety of different skills to be fulfilled in solving problems or whether you want to be on a path to a bigger leadership role and we do that globally.

Mentoring is particularly meaningful because  as a member of the senior leadership team, I understand the importance of  giving back and serving as a role model to others.

Having mentors at Liberty has been hugely important to my career development and I've been able to build an incredible support system through these relationships.
