Manage general insurance sales through private bank branches and customer channels. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, implementing sales initiatives, managing channel activities, generating leads, conducting out-of-office calls, maintaining partner relationships, ensuring information flow, and motivating channel sales staff. The role requires strong relationship handling, communication, presentation, and insurance product knowledge.

Processes and reviews commercial insurance claims, including high-value and catastrophic losses, approvals, reserves monitoring, audits, complaints, and reinsurer or coinsurance coordination. The role supports zonal teams, surveyors, corporate clients, underwriting, risk management, MIS and analytics teams. It also improves claims processes and systems, reviews manuals and compliance practices, conducts periodic claims reviews, and leads technical initiatives while ensuring team capability and service quality.
