Supports the CEO and senior leadership through strategic planning, action tracking, data analysis, executive reporting, board and donor meeting coordination, presentation development, documentation, and confidential stakeholder communications. The role manages calendars, prepares agendas and briefing materials, tracks strategic initiatives and KPIs, develops dashboards and executive summaries, and supports organizational reports and proposals.

Supports fundraising and donor management analytics during a six-month internship. Maintains donor and campaign databases, cleans and validates data, builds Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports, analyzes donor and campaign trends, and presents actionable findings to leadership. The intern also documents datasets and reporting tools and delivers a comprehensive final analysis report with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities include psychological assessments, individualized therapy, expressive and child-life interventions, psychoeducation, multidisciplinary collaboration, staff support, training, research, program evaluation, documentation, reporting, and external resource coordination.

Oversee administrative and facility operations across headquarters and NCR locations, including office setup and relocation, security, housekeeping, vehicle scheduling and maintenance, facility repairs, vendor coordination, and infrastructure support. Supervise frontline staff, resolve operational issues, manage resources, and maintain safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments.

Coordinates day-to-day research study activities, supports protocol development and documentation, manages data collection and cleaning, maintains study records, ensures GCP and regulatory compliance, reports adverse events, organizes meetings and visits, communicates with research stakeholders, and assists with reports, presentations, publications, and quality improvement initiatives.

Leads Home Away from Home facilities and coordinates national SSOPD, care coordination center, and helpline operations. Oversees service quality, patient navigation, reporting, corrective actions, and state-level team support across multiple regions. Strengthens family-centered care, identifies operational gaps, drives continuous improvement, and ensures consistent service delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Leads CanKids’ communication, education, public awareness, and advocacy strategy. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, content, media relations, digital engagement, stakeholder partnerships, internal communications, brand reputation, crisis communications, team leadership, budgets, and educational outreach related to pediatric cancer advocacy.

Manages donor fund accounting, grant records, utilization reports, reconciliations, budgets, and financial reporting. Supports internal and external donor audits, coordinates with project teams to verify financial data, and ensures compliance with donor agreements, statutory requirements, tax obligations, and organizational policies. Performs donor, vendor, bank, and ledger reconciliations while maintaining accurate and timely financial documentation.
