Develops corporate fundraising and business development strategies, identifies and cultivates corporate donors, and manages donor acquisition through closure. Creates proposals, budgets, and partnership pitches; oversees grant reporting, compliance, documentation, and donor stewardship. Coordinates employee engagement, volunteering, donor visits, and cross-functional collaboration. Tracks CSR trends, maintains donor CRM records, manages fundraising pipelines, and produces reports and dashboards.

Coordinates and delivers pediatric psycho-oncology services across diagnosis, treatment, palliative care, and bereavement. Responsibilities include psychological assessments, individualized therapy, expressive and child-life interventions, psychoeducation, multidisciplinary collaboration, staff support, training, research, program evaluation, documentation, reporting, and external resource coordination.

Oversee administrative and facility operations across headquarters and NCR locations, including office setup and relocation, security, housekeeping, vehicle scheduling and maintenance, facility repairs, vendor coordination, and infrastructure support. Supervise frontline staff, resolve operational issues, manage resources, and maintain safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments.
