Supports the CEO and senior leadership through strategic planning, action tracking, data analysis, executive reporting, board and donor meeting coordination, presentation development, documentation, and confidential stakeholder communications. The role manages calendars, prepares agendas and briefing materials, tracks strategic initiatives and KPIs, develops dashboards and executive summaries, and supports organizational reports and proposals.

Supports fundraising and donor management analytics during a six-month internship. Maintains donor and campaign databases, cleans and validates data, builds Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports, analyzes donor and campaign trends, and presents actionable findings to leadership. The intern also documents datasets and reporting tools and delivers a comprehensive final analysis report with strategic recommendations.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current donors, communicate the organization’s mission, secure donations, follow up on pledges, maintain donor records, meet fundraising metrics, and support broader fundraising campaigns. The role requires persuasive Hindi and English communication, resilience, empathy, active listening, and proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and calling tools.
