- Identify, research, and cultivate prospective corporate donors across sectors.
- Build and maintain a healthy CSR pipeline through networking, referrals, databases, and industry forums.
- Generate new funding opportunities from Companies Act CSR, corporate foundations, and employee giving programs.
- Lead end-to-end donor acquisition from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare compelling concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, and customized partnership pitches.
- Collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams to design impactful funding proposals.
- Ensure proposals align with donor priorities and CSR mandates.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Ensure excellent donor stewardship and engagement.
- Maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate timely submission of utilization reports, impact reports, financial reports, and success stories.
- Monitor grant implementation with program teams.
