Prepare timely MIS reports, perform variance and trend analysis, support budgeting/forecasting, build financial models, extract and reconcile data using SQL, automate reports with VBA/Python, and create dashboards for stakeholders.

Serve as strategic HR partner to editorial, production, sales, marketing, and digital teams. Lead full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, POSH investigations, learning & development, HR operations, payroll coordination, and people analytics to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Manage daily cash and bank balances, forecast cash flows and liquidity, handle payments, reconciliations, and bank relationships. Support FX exposure and hedging, publish monthly FX rates, perform month-end treasury closing, prepare reports and compliance documents, enforce financial controls, provide audit oversight, and support ad hoc treasury operations.
