Creates and processes SAP purchase requisitions, coordinates purchase orders, monitors vendors, inventory, budgets, materials, and procurement milestones. Supports contract administration, reporting, documentation, audits, and project reviews. Coordinates prototype development from concept through testing, including material availability, build schedules, integration, trials, and acceptance. Maintains project trackers, BOMs, dashboards, risk registers, configuration data, and technical records while collaborating with engineering, production, quality, finance, stores, and procurement teams.

Develops business opportunities in defense, aerospace, and homeland security markets. Supports bids, proposals, tenders, and customer presentations; coordinates export-import documentation, licensing, customs, and logistics; liaises with international suppliers, customers, OEMs, and government agencies; conducts market and competitor research; ensures regulatory compliance; and tracks business pipelines and project progress.

Drive advertising sales by executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, acquiring and retaining clients, and achieving revenue targets. Develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, upsell services, analyze sales performance and market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Build partnerships with agencies and brands, collaborate with internal departments, support major advertising projects, and mentor junior team members.
