Manage site HR operations including onboarding, contractor labor management (CLMS/Kronos, Legatrix), performance & development support, compliance with labor laws, health & safety coordination, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement event coordination.

Lead and manage the contract administration team; oversee negotiation, drafting, compliance, and dispute resolution; collaborate with stakeholders to develop contract strategies; review contracts for risk and improvements; implement best practices; coordinate with external parties; and report on contract performance and regulatory changes to optimize project delivery.

Lead execution of transmission projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Implement project management systems, manage stakeholders (government, utilities, contractors), control budgets and cash flow, assess and mitigate risks, drive technology adoption, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring smooth transition to O&M.
