Supports marketing operations and communications by maintaining project trackers, campaign calendars, dashboards, repositories, financial records, and governance documents. Coordinates with business teams, sites, agencies, vendors, procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders to track milestones, process invoices and payments, manage marketing assets, and gather content for campaigns, internal communications, employee engagement, exhibitions, and other initiatives.

Drive advertising sales by executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, acquiring and retaining clients, and achieving revenue targets. Develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, upsell services, analyze sales performance and market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Build partnerships with agencies and brands, collaborate with internal departments, support major advertising projects, and mentor junior team members.

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, advance tax calculations, transfer pricing, related-party transaction reporting, audits, assessments, appeals, GST compliance, reconciliations, and tax documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants while improving tax processes, reporting, and financial data accuracy through SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
