As a Training associate the candidate shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers with measurable outcomes.

Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-5 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Person should be willing to travel extensively
5. Possess thorough command on Tamil language
