Fresh Prints is a New York based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools. We refer to these student entrepreneurs as Campus Managers.

We have 500+ Campus Managers who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help train those students and drive sales. You’ll be working on a small team with hundreds of collegiate entrepreneurs and a full-time team. You will assist in the onboarding process specifically by providing support, answering questions, and keeping them on schedule. Your work and the skills we teach them in training will directly impact the future success of our students and business.

This is an HR + Sales role but on our Growth Team because recruiting, hiring, and training new Campus Managers is key to future revenue at Fresh Prints. As Fresh Prints grows, you will too. Description of the Role

As a member of our Growth Team, you're going to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals. As a Junior Sales & Training Associate, you’ll

  • Communicate with Campus Manager Trainees daily via email, text, and calls to provide guidance, support, and timely updates. 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations required to successfully run the Campus Manager training program. 
  • Mentor Campus Manager Trainees in building an entrepreneurial mindset and support them in launching and growing their business on campus. 
  • Evaluate trainee performance, draft structured feedback, and make graduation decisions while maintaining the right balance between program quality and trainee volume.

Growth & Promotion Opportunity 

Fresh Prints operates on a meritocracy-based system. If you perform well and consistently hit your goals during your first three months, you will be promoted to Sales & Training Associate (STA) Level 1 in August, with your salary increased to $780/month

We strongly believe in internal growth and want to see you succeed but advancement is earned through performance and results. 

Job Location

  • This is a fully remote role

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: Base pay of $360 
  • Night Shift Allowance: $40 per month

Working Hours

  • 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
