Support the Non-Resident (NR) channel across the Zone by driving NR customer acquisition, onboarding, product training, and portfolio support. Collaborate with cluster and segment leaders, guide branch staff, cross-sell forex products (FCNR forwards), maintain client relationships, and monitor portfolio quality and activation metrics to meet business objectives.
- This role involves providing support to the Non-Resident (NR) channel across all branches within the Zone.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting with product training, client onboarding, and offering continuous support to clients, branches, and various channels related to the NR portfolio.
- Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition.
- Acquire NTB customers through referrals, alliances, networks, and branch partnerships, while guiding branch staff in end-to-end onboarding.
- Support Segment RMs in NR acquisition and ETB portfolio management, generating forex income via FCNR forwards and cross-selling, and sharing insights on rates and products.
- Maintain client relationships through mailers/calls, conduct training for staff and leaders to enhance product knowledge, and monitor key quality parameters like funding and account activation to improve portfolio performance.
Education Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA
