Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Product Owner - Insurance to join our Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, commercialization, and construction of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution specifically targeted at Insurance companies. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing innovative digital solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise-level customers.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to delivery, including defining the product objective, roadmap, and features to ensure a successful "0 to 1" product launch.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and develop strategic partnerships with Hyperscalers and System Integrators.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by organizing the product backlog, performing rigorous acceptance tests, and managing risks to deliver a high-quality, secure digital work product.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in insurance operations or product development within the insurance sectors.
Strong knowledge of intelligent document processing technologies, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven document analysis.
Proven ability in SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the commercialization of Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise-level products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (an MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus).
