Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation and operational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Take full ownership of program governance, including SteerCo forums, reporting, risk management, and decision-making frameworks
- Independently manage and influence senior stakeholders, including business and technology leadership
- Drive program execution hands-on, working closely with engineering and architecture teams
- Lead complex transformation initiatives single-handedly, without heavy reliance on layered delivery structures
- Establish and maintain robust delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Provide strong people leadership, mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance delivery culture
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or operations programs in a hands-on delivery role
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technology teams
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle senior stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience owning governance, SteerCos, and executive reporting end-to-end
- Strong people leadership and team management experience
- Track record of single-handedly leading complex initiatives, with full accountability for delivery outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP, Prince2). Next
- HSBC experience is highly preferred
