About the PositionAs an Account Manager III, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the sale of Equipment and parts and services for Kenco Material Handling Solutions within an assigned territory or area to meet sales objectives, increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory.
Functions- Service existing and cultivate new accounts by supporting parts, service, new and used unit sales, and rental business units.
- Quote and Submit order for new, used and rental material handling equipment. This includes rack and allied equipment, man up equipment, spotter trucks, burden carriers etc.
- Coordinate and actively manage material handling equipment delivery, installation and project management activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
- Develop presentations for quarterly business reviews with customer.
- Analyze potential or existing problems and know how to correct them as proactively as possible through analytics of the accounts, knowledge of accounts, and the relationships built with the customer.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
- Track material handling equipment data to assist customers with efficiency and cost savings goals.
- Provide and communicate key performance indicators to customers on an as needed basis.
- Understand, create and communicate budgets.
- Manage lease and financial transactions for material handling equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering required, or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
- 10+ years of prior sales experience with proven success record; preferably prior experience selling material handling or similar equipment.
- The ability to set and execute growth driven strategy.
- Ability to work independently with the capability to prioritize goals and build strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational, & time management skills.
- Business Acumen - Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting his/her business and organization

- This position is expected to travel approximately 50% - 75%
