ERM Global Delivery Centre (GDC)

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:
• Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
• Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
• Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
• Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
Role Purpose
The R2R manager ensures timely, accurate, and compliant accounting close and reporting from the GDC. The role drives close-cycle optimisation, reconciliation quality, and audit readiness across regions while embedding standard templates and controls for ERP go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and reporting.
Harmonise global chart-of-accounts and close calendars.
Oversee journal-entry governance, accruals, and balance-sheet controls.
Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements with complete documentation.
Introduce automation and dashboarding through OneStream and Power Automate.
Partner with Internal Controls and FP&A for accuracy and transparency in reporting.
Experience & Capabilities
10–12 years in accounting operations or audit.
Experience of both process-transition management and recent ERP or consolidation-system replacement.
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS / GAAP).
Demonstrated ability to streamline close and reporting cycles.
Stakeholder engagement across global finance, tax, and audit teams.
