The role also supports bids, proposals, thought leadership, and global delivery across regional teams.

Supports global strategic communications and sustainability consulting projects through media monitoring, social listening, stakeholder intelligence, ESG analysis, benchmarking, SEO, GEO, and content optimization. Produces reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations on reputation, digital visibility, stakeholder perceptions, and communications performance. Collaborates with international consultants and clients, manages multiple workstreams, and contributes to sustainability reports and AI-discoverability initiatives.

Lead global product sustainability consulting focused on SDS authoring, hazard classification, product safety data governance, and chemical regulatory compliance. Provide subject-matter expertise in SAP EHS and S/4HANA, interpret regulations, resolve complex product safety queries, guide stakeholders, review technical documentation, mentor specialists, support regulatory submissions, and drive audit readiness, system enhancements, testing, reporting, and process improvements across international teams.

Leads global biodiversity and ecological assessment workstreams for infrastructure, energy, mining, and other capital projects. Responsibilities include biodiversity baseline and impact assessments, EcIA/ESIA writing and review, habitat mapping, critical habitat screening, mitigation hierarchy application, biodiversity metrics, project delivery, quality assurance, budgeting, stakeholder communication, proposal support, and coaching consultants. The role requires strong ecological consulting expertise, GIS knowledge, technical writing, and familiarity with international lender standards such as IFC Performance Standard 6.

Deliver technical due diligence and transaction advisory services for infrastructure assets, assessing technical risks, asset integrity, operational performance, CAPEX/OPEX assumptions, business plans, contracts, and financial models. Lead complex multidisciplinary projects, coordinate deliverables and stakeholders, support proposals and client engagements, and mentor technical teams. Preferred experience includes renewable energy due diligence, energy yield assessments, decarbonization technologies, and infrastructure project delivery.

Leads PMO operations by ensuring project compliance with systems and governance frameworks. Supports project execution, resource planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, budgeting, utilization tracking, and financial oversight. Provides hands-on guidance to project teams, coordinates stakeholders, and improves delivery outcomes. The role includes team leadership but primarily focuses on operational project support, governance, compliance, and execution across complex, multidisciplinary environments.

Supports HR Operations for Asia and ANZ by handling employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, pre-employment checks, HR queries, Workday updates, employee records, documentation, trackers, and data-quality activities. The intern provides timely employee and manager support, escalates complex requests, maintains accurate HR information, and participates in training and cross-functional activities within the global People Services team.
