Responsibilities include preparing biodiversity baselines, EcIA/ESIA chapters, habitat and constraints analyses, GIS outputs, mitigation hierarchy and biodiversity metric assessments, and technical reports. The role manages discrete workstreams, coordinates global regional teams, supports proposals and capability building, and maintains compliance with relevant biodiversity frameworks, quality systems, and Health & Safety standards.

Lead a team of three digital marketing professionals managing multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, websites, social media, paid media, and search. Design customer journeys, personalize campaigns, use CRM and marketing automation data, monitor KPIs, and optimize performance for demand generation. Establish standardized workflows, improve operational efficiency, manage campaign quality and timelines, and ensure effective use of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
