Leads ERM’s Asia Technology Sector Safety practice, driving sales pipeline, revenue growth, client engagement, service innovation, and market expansion. Develops integrated safety offerings, supports major opportunity pursuits, builds strategic client relationships, strengthens branding and thought leadership, and delivers high-profile project work. Also develops regional leadership pipelines, hiring plans, best-practice sharing, and acquisition strategies while coordinating with global and regional service, industry, and commercial leaders.

Supports North American air-quality consulting projects through permitting, emissions inventories, regulatory reporting, EPCRA Tier II/TRI submissions, QA/QC, and compliance documentation. Prepares Title V, NSR/PSD, NSPS/NESHAP, AERR, and state emissions materials; performs emissions calculations, data reconciliation, chemical thresholding, and audit-ready documentation.
