Teams at ERM

Deliver EHS/ESG due diligence and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and project finance. Conduct desktop and field assessments, on-site inspections, stakeholder interviews, regulatory and compliance reviews, report preparation, permitting support, soil/groundwater risk assessment, proposal development, project management, and present findings to clients. Frequent travel and strong English communication required.

Support ESG and EHS buy- and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions from ERM's Global Delivery Centre. Conduct desktop research, assess environmental liabilities, evaluate EHS/ESG governance and compliance, prepare technical reports and proposal sections, coordinate global teams, and assist project managers with project administration, costing, and materiality assessments.

Lead and deliver SAP EHS Product Stewardship (PS) implementations and BPO services: gather requirements, design/configure SAP EHS PS (Specification Management, SDS, GLM, DG, SVT), manage infrastructure (GenPC/Expert), build WWI templates, support data migration, testing, UAT, training, and ongoing system support. Drive solution selection, client engagement, project delivery, and development of a PS BPO center of excellence.
