Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives and building a positive workplace culture.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management frameworks, including KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
  • Ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits structuring, benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive insights for decision-making.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, etc.) and digital HR tools.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and change management practices.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, especially relevant for UAE or global organizations.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide HR teams.
  • Experience in training and development, including identifying training needs and facilitating learning programs.
