• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in
alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee and deliver onboarding and orientation programs
for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts,

• Administer performance management systems, including

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, staying

• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives and building a positive workplace culture.
- Hands-on experience in performance management frameworks, including KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
- Ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits structuring, benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
- Experience in HR analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive insights for decision-making.
- Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, etc.) and digital HR tools.
- Strong understanding of organizational development and change management practices.
- Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational goals.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, especially relevant for UAE or global organizations.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide HR teams.
- Experience in training and development, including identifying training needs and facilitating learning programs.
