Drive revenue by developing and executing sponsorship sales strategies, prospecting and securing sponsors, negotiating contracts, creating tailored proposals, and coordinating with marketing and events to deliver sponsor value and maintain strong sponsor relationships.

Design, deliver, and manage HR and soft-skills training (in-person and virtual); conduct Training Needs Analysis; develop L&D strategy and content; manage LMS and training operations; evaluate program impact (Kirkpatrick), analyze metrics, report to senior management; provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chairman including calendar and priority management, stakeholder coordination, confidential communications, strategic analysis, reporting, and project execution. Track business metrics, drive special initiatives, identify process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO by managing calendar, travel, communications, meetings, projects, and stakeholder relationships while handling confidential information and preparing presentations, reports, and events.

Lead HR functions including policy development, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS and analytics, training and engagement. Ensure legal compliance, support management on workforce planning, and foster a multicultural culture of learning and development.
