Position Summary You will lead strategic relationships with major healthcare partners across your assigned region in India. You will design and deliver account plans that improve patient care and access. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Graduate degree in science, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, hospital sales or institutional partnerships in healthcare. - Proven track record managing large hospital or network accounts. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. - Proficient in English and comfortable communicating in relevant local languages. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - MBA or advanced qualification in life sciences or a related field. - Experience in oncology, specialty medicines or other complex therapy areas. - Experience partnering with medical affairs, market access or health economics teams. - Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven account planning and digital engagement platforms. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects without direct authority. - Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance metrics and customer insights.
