Position Summary You will lead strategic relationships with major healthcare partners across your assigned region in India. You will build trust with hospitals, specialty clinics and clinical leaders to improve patient care and access. You will create and deliver tailored account plans and coordinate cross-functional support across medical, market access, marketing and commercial colleagues. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, specialty clinics and healthcare networks in your territory. - Develop and deliver tailored account plans that meet local patient needs and align with national strategy. - Act as the main point of contact for account stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional support. - Use field insights and performance data to shape account strategy and inform internal teams. - Lead ethical, compliant and value-based engagements that deliver clear benefits to partners and patients. - Promote digital tools and new ways of working to improve stakeholder interactions and outcomes. This role follows a hybrid working pattern with regular on-site presence and requires travel across your assigned territory. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Graduate degree in science, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, hospital sales, or institutional partnerships within healthcare in India. - Proven track record managing large hospital or network accounts and delivering measurable results. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. - Proficient in English and comfortable communicating in relevant local languages. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - MBA or advanced qualification in life sciences or a related field. - Experience working in oncology, specialty medicines or other complex therapy areas. - Experience collaborating with medical affairs, market access or health economics teams. - Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven account planning and digital engagement platforms. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects without direct authority. - Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance metrics and customer insights.
