Roles Overview

• Conduct legal research and compile information on topics like intellectual property, data protection, employment laws, regulatory compliances.
• Assist in coordination efforts related to litigation matters and support for collating documentation.
• Drafting and reviewing service agreements, NDAs, facilities agreements, MSAs.
• Support in legal entity governance and perform related tasks
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks
• Assisting with administrative tasks related to legal matters, document organization, and legal database management.
•  Assist in preparing and maintaining various reports, trackers, legal documentation & templates.

Should have experience legal research.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law. Should obtain NOC from college to pursue internship
• Excellent legal research, writing and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity to learn
• Interest in technology or intellectual property rights is preferred
• Previous internship experience is preferred\
