Duration: 6 Months
The Partnerships and Business Development Intern will support the revenue team in executing business development and partnership initiatives and driving business growth. This entry-level internship offers hands-on experience in research, relationship building, and administrative support within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sales:
Includes participation in key customer calls, manage product sales operations, Initiatives and build insights on sales metrics and market information
Sales:
- Learn and apply taught sales techniques to help teams achieve sales targets
- Attend meetings and participate in workshops, trainings, and events to develop sales skills
- Conduct research on potential customers and support new sale opportunities
- Assist senior sellers by providing leads and managing inbound calls
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with teams for monitoring and tracking progress on initiatives and other programs. With HQ bases for regular updates on tools, features and enablement programs and certifications and also with Customer operations team for Sales pipeline and targets on products.
Research and Outreach:
- Assist in identifying potential partners within the industry.
- Conduct preliminary outreach to initiate contact and gather information.
- Support the creation of partnership proposals and presentations.
Relationship Support:
- Help maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for basic inquiries and assist in coordinating communication between partners and internal teams.
Administrative Assistance:
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and update partner databases.
- Ensure accuracy of partnership-related documentation.
- Support the team in managing tools such as SuperUser and Salesforce.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing reports to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Help track key performance metrics for partnership activities.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Partner library maintenance for selected partners in region
Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Contribute to special projects and tasks as needed.
