Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day involves collaborating with project teams and leveraging your industry knowledge to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions within the team
- Develop and implement best practices for project delivery

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience in implementing quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies
- Good To Have Skills: Agile project management experience

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
