About the role :
The position holder will be expected to "strategically" strengthen Demand and Supply Planning, S&OP processes
This position reports into Director - Supply Chain Management and located at Gurugram.
Roles and Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
Demand Forecasting

• Understand and translate market generate forecasting models
• Develop local market knowledge and trade insights
• Use of Kinaxis, SAP IBP is must
• Integrate customer inventory and off take data to anticipate demand changes.
• Mitigate Availability risks, optimize inventory at location level
• Exp of 5 to 8 years in FMCG/ Telecom/ HiTech
• Lead the Demand review process nationally with key leadership team

Measure
• MAPE Accuracy and Bias per S&OP Scorecard, OTIF
Demand Management

• Facilitate monthly Country Demand Reviews
• Align with Supply Planners, Agro team and Channel leads on consensus plan
• Supply visibility - Short Term, Long Term Planning
• Work with Sales on current month outlook/trends, executing gap closure plans.
• Collaborate Planning for Key accounts,
• Risk and Opportunities basis stats forecast and actual trends

Measure
• Customer Service % - Missed Cases and Highest Gross Margin / Strategic Imperatives of allocations.
Supply Coordination and Procurement of Raw/Pack excluding Potato.

• Lead in Pre-S&OP and S&OP.
• Report gap analysis for missed cases to Demand Meeting.

Measure

• Publish S&OP minutes and review scorecard and develop/review S&OP Deck monthly.
• SLOB actions/ SKU reduction Actions
• Case fill for India, OTIF, Overall Inventory turns
• Strategic projects on cost reduction.
• Data Standardization and Creating E2E View across organization- Power BI/ Tableau

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in FMCG
• Worked within the cross functional team.
• Experience of minimum 3 years in similar role
• Must have: Post Graduation with specialization in Supply Chain/ Operations.
