Job Description for Azure Cloud Lead / Engineer / DR: Strong Experience in Azure Cloud base foundation and Network Architecture setup Architecture & Design: Lead the design and deployment of secure, high-availability, multi-region Azure solutions (IaaS/PaaS). Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop automation tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) to ensure consistent platform deployments. Governance & Security: Establish cloud governance, security controls (Entra ID), policies, and best practices. Cloud Operations & Migration: Manage cloud resources, monitor performance, and drive migration initiatives from on premises to Azure. Leadership & Mentoring: Guide team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and act as a technical authority during architectural discussions. Cost Management (FinOps): Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource utilization. Incident Management: Act as the highest escalation point (L3 support) for complex technical issues. Experience using IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Execute change control, quality, risk management and communications throughout the project Ticket queue management and resolve ticket with agreed SLA Experience in creating technical architecture document and SOP creation for operation Collaborate with internal and customers for troubleshooting incidents and adhere critical incident procedures Responsible to communicate customer on project status reports and dashboards, meeting agendas and minutes and executive reports
