Provide 1st and 1.5 line service desk and deskside support: log and triage incidents in ITSM, image and troubleshoot desktops/laptops, manage incident/change/problem processes, escalate to appropriate teams, analyze ticket trends, produce operational reports and knowledge articles, and support customers via phone, email, and chat.
